By joining The Brick Kitchen's cooking classes, you're in for a treat, but also some rules – the fun kind:
1. Cancellations? We get it, life's wild. Switcheroos with someone else is fine, just give us a heads-up by sharing the name of your replacement by calling to speak to a Brick Kitchen employee, private messaging or emailing us at thebrickitchentstore@gmail.com. Unfortunately, classes are non-refundable.
2.Say Cheese! We'll snap pics and videos during class. By joining class, we assume this allows us to use your image in our promotion of the class/store. If you prefer not to be in any images, please notify us at the time of checking into class.
3. Life and weather happens. We might need to cancel a class. Rare, but it happens. We'll refund you if a class is cancelled. Winter also happens in Iowa, if we do have to reschedule and you notify us you cannot make, we will refund your fees.

Our kitchen for all classses is located inside our store at The Brick Kitchen, 330 1st Street East, Independence, Iowa 50644.

Check-in at the front counter – we'll be waiting!
Clean freaks, unite! We're scrubbing, disinfecting, and making things spick and span before and during class. Kitchen's off-limits till 10 minutes prior.

This class will be hands on! For "Hands-On" Classes:
BYO apron to help protect your clothes from messes. Wash those hands for 20 seconds before culinary action. Gloves are on us if needed. Closed-toe shoes for safety. If your hair's long, tie it up like a pro – we're all about hands-free here! For our sourdough classes, we recommend leaving your rings at home to keep them dough free!

We can't wait for you to join us!
