We will explore the world of pepper, from common to exotic, learn their origins, history and uses. We will also taste our way through pantry staples, trying old spices in a new way to really get to know them.

Demo Days are here at The Brick Kitchen. ALL DEMOS ARE FREE, however, the first 10 individuals to reserve a seat are guaranteed a front row seat! We encourage all to come and enjoy our scheduled demos because they are FREE, even if you are not able to reserve one of the front row seats. Please check in at the cashier stand when arriving. We will HOLD YOUR RESERVED SEAT UNTIL THE EXACT START TIME OF THE SCHEDULED DEMO YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR. If you are not in your seat by then, we will give it away to a general attendee of the session.
