Cake101: Cake Decorating 101
Have an interest in cake decorating, but don't know where to start? This is the class for YOU! Stephanie from Molly's Cupcakes in Des Moines, Iowa will be our special guest instructor for this class at The Brick Kitchen. Each class includes a beverage and a tutorial on designing your own 6-INCH cake. Choose between THREE beginner designs and take your masterpiece home. No experience is required. This a beginner's class meant to teach the basics and provide a fun evening out. This class is recommended for individuals aged 14-years-old and up. Gluten-Free options are available. Please select your cake and filling flavor when registering for this class.

We will make Nonoini’s Marinara (Kelley’s grandmother), served over Baked Polenta, followed up with a Pancetta Carbonara with Green Peas, served over Angel Hair Pasta. Both dishes will be paired with a wine tasting to bring us all the way to Italy! You won’t want to miss this!
