Join The Brick Kitchen's own Michelle and Rhonda for an enjoyable two-hour experience learning, rolling, and indulging in delicious crepes along with a savory quiche! Choose to come on Sunday, June 11 OR Monday, June 12. This will be a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn tips and tricks on how to prepare French crepes three ways along with seven folding techniques too. There is no need to be intimidated as we will be using basic kitchen ingredients and equipment! You'll see the best way to mix and whisk your batter from scratch, before pouring, flipping, and folding and then filling with a variety of toppings. Along with the crepes, you will also be creating an individualized crustless quiche to enjoy. Sign up for this class and learn the skills to impress your friends and family with delectable crepes and quiche. *Included with cost: A recipe booklet, the knowledge gained on how to create 3 varieties of crepes and fillings, 7 ways to fold/roll crepes, practice making a quiche AND you get to take home the quiche pan you use in class! Water and iced tea will also be served.

Kelley, from Gia's Italian Kitchen, will teach you the basics of making pasta. Along with the hands on work of making pasta, participants will also enjoy making and sampling a great appetizer. The cost of the class covers instructions along with each participant taking home a new Atlas 150 Pasta Machine. Each class will be no more than 8 (eight) participants.
